After an Asian buyer purchased one of Sanctuary Coves premium waterfront lots last week for $7.2million, another overseas buyer has snapped up an entire floor of the new Hilton in Surfers Paradise for $8million.

The Hilton, one of the world's finest 5 star hotels, spent a massive $700 million on the development by Brookfield Multiplex. The first stage was sold out last year leaving only a few remaining in this second stage, dubbed the 'Orchid Tower'. It's said to create more than 870 industry jobs and possibly a further 3000 jobs annually when operational.
