Family unit set to expand
Ben Pascoe, and his wife Tiffany-Lynn Pascoe, are selling their house in the Melbourne suburb of Malvern this month.
Ben is the owner of City Automobiles Renault, Kia, and Prestige in Richmond. He comes from a family steeped in car sales history, gaining his knowledge from his father John Pascoe Snr, who owned City Automobiles – City Saab, City Jeep/ Chrysler, City Lotus, and City Hyundai.
Carrying their family unity further, Tiffany runs an artisan cheese hamper company ‘Farmgate Cheese’ with her cousins Laura and Travis out of a shop in nearby Hawthorn.
The Victorian home has been beautifully renovated throughout and includes three generous bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate powder room, a living and dining room with open fireplace, and a gourmet kitchen.
Outside features a beautiful private deck with built in bluestone BBQ area, and a Japanese designer garden of Black bamboo by Paul Fleming, who was responsible for Daimaru’s spectacular horticultural displays during the 10 years the store was at Melbourne central.
“We have done everything we can to our home, we have had so many wonderful fun times in our house and we know whoever buys it will have the same, as our house has bought such good luck to us,” says Tiffany-Lynn Pascoe.
The couple, and their two-year-old daughter Piper-Lynn, have decided to move to larger home to expand their family.
