Tori Spelling lists home for $3.2m
Hollywood heiress and soapy queen, Tori Spelling, is selling her Californian Mansion for the handsome sum of $3.2 million.
Spelling and her husband, Dean McDermott, have lived in the property since 2008 after paying $2.5 million for it.
The 6,718 square foot home has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, double-height entry foyer, a library with fireplace, enormous eat-in kitchen, vast family room with a fireplace, an office, and staff quarters.
The fully walled and gated property features a flagstone motor court, three-car garage, swimming pool, putting green, outdoor living room, vineyard, and manicured gardens.
Tori’s mother, Candy, is reportedly close to selling the original 55,000 square foot family home, famously named the ‘Manor’, after a lengthy marketing campaign for over $100 million.
