Murdoch's growing estate

Lachlan and Sarah Murdoch have expanded their already vast Le Manoir estate after buying their neighbouring property this week, making it Bellevue Hills second largest estate, behind ‘Cairnton’, the home of James Packer's mother, Ros.

The couple bought Le Manoir in 2009 for a record $23 million. It comprises six bedrooms, five bathrooms, harbour and ocean views, two studies, servant quarters, a commercial-sized kitchen, a grand foyer with sweeping internal staircase, floral and vegetable gardens, chicken coop, tennis court, and pool.

Lachlan and Sarah paid $2.63 million for the new acquisition, which includes a dilapidated 1920’s house and 1049 square metres of land - adding to their current footprint of 4097 square metres.

The Blue Mountains offers 'Weroona'

Weroona Estate, one of the Blue Mountain’s most significant estates, has come on the market offering a chance to own your personal slice of a world heritage area.

The estate, originally established in 1905, is located in historic township of Woodford less than 90 minutes from the Sydney CBD. Mornington mansion asks for $8m

Carolyn Mannering and Jeff Londres are selling their landmark Mornington mansion, ‘The Point’, for offers of $8 million plus.

Carolyn is the Director of Oasys Australia, a major independent international IT distributor, while Jeff is the CEO.
 
One of Mornington’s most renowned seafront properties, ‘The Point’ was commissioned in 1991 by Brian Della-Pietra, a founding partner of construction group Consulere who died before it was completed due to cancer.
