Blairgowrie’s bit of history
One of Blairgowrie’s originals is for sale for $2.5 million plus.
The property, built in approximately 1946, was part of the original estate that created Blairgowrie after the Second World War. The original house, together with its neighboring property, formed an estate that ran down to St John’s Wood Rd, overlooking what was then the Wilson’s paddock and abattoir. Today, the owners have replaced the original house with a light–filled and lovingly cared for home that boasts superb views over Port Phillip Bay, Delgany Castle, Portsea Lagoon and Arthur's Seat.
It includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two separate living areas, a Jetmaster fireplace, marble kitchen, and numerous entertaining spaces.
Outside features a North facing paved pavilion, extensive deck areas, and a recessed swimming pool.

Jesse James sells Sunset Beach House
American television personality, Jesse James, has sold his Sunset Beach home that he shared with his now ex-wife Sandra Bullock for a heavily reduced price of $4.5 million, down from its original price tag of $6.75 million.
Although James is CEO of West Coast Choppers and host of reality shows ‘Jesse James is a Dead Man’, and ‘Monster Garage’, the 42 year-old made most of his media coverage last year due to his highly publicised break-up with actress Sandra Bullock. After several women claimed to have had affairs with James during their marriage, James responded to the rumors shortly after by issuing a public apology to Bullock and asked for forgiveness to no avail. James is now engaged to reality show host and tattooist, Kat Von D.
James’ beachfront property features stunning views of the Long Beach skyline and Palos Verdes Peninsula, as well as water views to Catalina Island.
The 3,600 square feet home includes a second-story master suite with beam ceilings, open fireplace, walk-in robe, his and hers vanities and a custom-made brass spa bath. The home also incorporates a great room, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, media room, office, grotto, and a swimming pool with wet bar, waterfall, and waterslide.
