John Fish's Sovereign Islands sale

Receivers selling property developer John Fish's Sovereign Islands mansion continue to market the property after dropping the initial price of $15 million.

The opulent house features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, multiple entertainment areas, a sprawling terrace, a 25-metre pool, gym, steam room, and panoramic views from Surfers Paradise to South Stradbroke Island.

Mr Fish and his partner, 2000 Sydney Olympic gold medallist and former Hockeyroos captain Nikki Hudson, were living in the Sir Lancelot Close home until two months ago. Fish reportedly paid $6.5 million for the property in October 2003 and then went on to spend millions extending and renovating the home.
