$15 million Abode fit for James Bond

Uniquely flanked by deep water at the front and rear of the property, this four level custom built residence located on the Gold Coast has just been listed on the market for $15 million.

This 1886 sq metre residence, located in the sort after suburb of Runaway Bay, includes six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a 12 seater surround sound cinema,  full sized indoor squash court,  wine cellar, professional laundry room, garaging for ten cars,  internal grotto with waterfall feature and an entire floor dedicated to the master retreat.

“As well as the sheltered deep water boat mooring, there is an ‘internal’ double jet ski garage and wet room. A concealed enclosure, accessed by an automated door, is cleverly camouflaged within the exterior wall of the property allowing jet skis to easily access the water," says agent Pru Hux of Coldwell Banker GC Property Group.

State of the art technology integrated into the house includes a glass elevator, remotely controlled security cameras, and fully automated lights, sound, blinds, air-conditioning, floor heating, windows, and doors.

"I have never seen anything like this before, its smart thinking with a touch of 007,” says Hux.
