Award winning Secluded sanctuary

An award winning home in the secluded Parsley Bay, Vaucluse has hit the market.

The house was designed by architects Tobias Partners, who received both a State and National award for the house at the Australian Interior Design Awards this year.

The 696 square metre property adjoining Parsley Bay Reserve features its own slice of harbour beach, Paul Bangay designed gardens and a magnificent black granite infinity pool.

The house includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, study, steam room and gymnasium, hydronic underfloor heating, an opulent dining area with Murano glass chandelier, open living areas, an internal courtyard with an 1840s French limestone fountain, and an outdoor terrace with commercial grade barbeque and outdoor fireplace.

“Parsley House is a house totally in harmony with its location. The reward for purchasing a near-new home like this is it offers a relaxed holiday type atmosphere all year around by the harbour, its foreshore and the beach which is at the house’s door step,” says listing agent Damien Bickmore-Hutt.
