Ric Stowe's $68m estate up for grabs
The home of fallen mining giant, Ric Stowe, has been placed on the market for a cool $68 million.
Located in the northern outskirts of Perth, the sale would make the property Australia’s most expensive home, however agent Andrew Porteous is reportedly struggling to find a buyer and is now talking about subdividing the property into 16 separate lots.
The estate currently includes five separate houses, two swimming pools, a tennis court, an airstrip and two helipads, a covered dressage ring, seven sets of stables, a private chapel, and a polo field with clubhouse.
The main residence features eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, several cellars, and nine fireplaces, a gym, sauna, home theatre, and parking for ten cars.
