Ricky Martin to sell highest current listing price for area

Ricky Martin has put his estate in Florida’s Golden Beach on the market for nearly $22 million.

The Puerto Rican pop singer achieved fame, first as a member of the Latin boy band ‘Menudo’, and then as a solo artist from 1991. He is widely known for his hit songs ‘Livin' la Vida Loca’, ‘She Bangs’ and ‘She's All I Ever Had’. Martin was chosen to sing the anthem of the 1998 FIFA World Cup, ‘The Cup of Life’, which reached number one on the charts in 60 countries.

His two-story Mediterranean home is located in a private oceanfront community and includes a master suite with walk-in closets, terrace and breathtaking views. There are four further bedrooms, swimming pool, spa, a double height living room with marble floors and enormous fireplaces, and a gourmet kitchen with brick barrel vaulted ceiling.
