Smorgan snaps up $7 million home
Bulldogs chairman, David Smorgon, is rumoured to have bought a Toorak property for close to $7 million.
The property, named ‘Yandiah’, features four bedrooms with four corresponding marble bathrooms, marble lobby, formal living room with fireplace, formal dining room, original panelled study, beautifully appointed kitchen and family room with parquetry floors, games room, garaging for three cars, gym, sauna, cellar, cabana with BBQ, and established gardens complete with a heated swimming pool.
Smorgon sold his family home in Heyington Place, Toorak at the start of the year for a rumoured $15million plus.
