Jen Hawkins at it again
Jennifer Hawkins is reportedly eyeing not one, but two Bryon Bay properties to add to her already impressive property portfolio.
The former Miss Universe, while enjoying some down time with partner Jake Wall, took some time away from the beach to inspect various properties in the holiday hotspot. Hawkins reportedly has her eye on properties with renovation potential, taking full advantage of Jakes building skills as a way to enhance their end value.
Hawkins, now 26, is reportedly well aware that her money making days as a model may well be limited to her more youthful years and is making good use of her healthy pay cheques while they’re flooding in.
With a sturdy contract with Myer, Hawkins’ current net worth is believed to be more than $5 million, a vast majority of that invested in property, including a house in Newcastle, an apartment in Kings Cross and her $2.5 million home in Coogee.
With the addition of two new properties, Hawkins is set to increase her property portfolio to more than $10 million.
