Sapphire Beach's rare gem!

Titled ‘Sapphire Blue’, this property sits high on the unique headland of Sapphire Beach, just north of Coffs Harbour. This spectacular stretch of coastline is renowned for its tranquil environment, temperate climate, and unique character.

The uninterrupted 180 degree views take in the dramatic coastline, ocean, and surrounding islands.

After the current owner spent four years obtaining building approvals, the result is a breathtaking, modern Australian style, which was the last of its kind to be approved in the area.

The 450 square metre house comprises four bedrooms, three bathrooms, American Oak kitchen with separate butler's kitchen and scullery, and fully automated media room.

Outside there is an undercover teppinyaki kitchen, separate bar and barbecue, 13 metre salt-water lap pool, private sunny courtyards, and outdoor entertaining spaces.
